Justices reserve decision in lockdown court case

The Court of Appeal has reserved its decision in a private action brought against the legal basis for putting the country into lockdown.

Former law drafter Andrew Borrowdale is appealing parts of a judicial review in the Court of Appeal in Wellington.

The court heard the Crown's case on Wednesday.
