Lawyers concerned terrorism law being considered too quickly

Lawyers are concerned Parliament's moving too quickly as it considers making the planning of a terrorist attack an offence. The Counter-Terrorism Legislation Bill is up for its second reading in the House today, after being expedited as a result of the LynnMall attack. Both the Green and ACT parties say it needs more work. That position is shared by the New Zealand Bar Association. The Bar Association's President Paul Radich QC talks to Māni Dunlop on Midday Report.
