Police in Horowhenua have called off a search for a man feared to have drowned off the Foxton coast.
Colin Robert Chrystall, a 38-year-old from Foxton, vanished when his aluminium catamaran sank on 22 October.
Police say they have told the family of their decision to suspend the search.
They say if any further information comes to light, or if the boat is found, they may resume the search.
