Warriors humbled at Wests

07:01 am on 29 May 2010

The Warriors have dropped out of the National Rugby League top eight after a 50-6 humbling by Wests Tigers in Sydney.

Kiwis captain Benji Marshall's side led 16-6 at half-time but pulled away, the nine tries to one hiding solidifying the Tigers' place in the playoff zone.

But at least the Warriors got on the scoreboard, unlike Parramatta in Friday night's other game. The Eels were thrashed 30-0 at NRL leaders St George Illawarra.
