The SkyPath Trust has confirmed its plans for a march across the Auckland Harbour Bridge next Sunday.
Protestors plan to meet at the bottom of Curran Street, Point Erin, at 9am, before walking to the top of the bridge and back.
The trust's project director, Bevan Woodward, said the walk was to show the New Zealand Transport Agency that Aucklanders wanted a walking and cycling path across the bridge.
He said new management at the agency was blocking its development.
Mr Woodward has invited Minister of Transport Phil Twyford to attend the march.
He said the clock was running out to build the path because resource consent expired in 2021.
