"Parliament has a three-year term. I told the conference last year this would be my term but when is the right time in that term?

"I want to see a new president working with Andrew as the new leader, really hitting the ground running at the beginning of next year and getting a plan in and getting moving."

Ms Coatsworth said nominations would be called for in mid-December, and a vote held in February.
