Westpac says it's working to fix a technical issue affecting its online banking.
The bank apologised for the inconvenience affecting its Westpac One service, and says card transactions are not affected.
Self-reporting website Downdetector shows a surge in user reports, with more than 200 reports by 1.30pm.
