A homicide investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Manawatu last week.

The man's body was found at a house in Bunnythorpe on Friday and the police have been trying to piece together what happened.
A post-mortem was carried out yesterday and it's revealed the man sustained serious injuries.
The police won't go into detail, but say they're determined to find those responsible for the man's death.
A scene examination is continuing.
