Police have charged a man with manslaughter after a crash in Greymouth which killed the third of three brothers in a West Coast family.
Judd Hall, 26, died when a car he was a passenger in crashed into a house in late January.
Another brother had earlier been killed by a drunk driver when he was nine, and a third died in the Pike River mine explosion.
The police say a 28-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter, dangerous driving causing death, dangerous driving causing injury and driving with excess blood alcohol.
