A 32-year-old man has been charged in relation to eight burglaries that were carried out within a month in Bell Block.
Eight reports of commercial burglaries were reported between 16 February and 15 March, police said.
Cash and high value items had been taken.
The man appeared in the New Plymouth District Court today and was remanded in custody.
He will appear next on 13 April.
