NZ Post say they've still got a backlog of about 50 thousand parcels from Alert Level 3 - which they're trying to clear before the end of this week. However, an online shopping bump over the long weekend could cause further delays. During alert levels 4 and 3 shopping online was the only option here - placing unprecedented demand on the postal sevice. When First Up's Katie Doyle hit Auckland's streets, she found many had had problems. To find out what they're doing to resolve these issues, Indira spoke to NZ Post's CEO David Walsh, and began by asking him how big the backlog is now.
