Tonga have been drawn alongside the USA, Georgia and hosts Hong Kong for next year's Junior World Rugby Trophy.
The seventh edition of the Under 20 tournament is being held in April with the winner to advance to the elite Junior World Championship.
Tonga finished fifth at the 2013 tournament.
