Troubled education provider Intueri Education Group will miss its full year profit guidance after some Australian government funding failed to come through.
The vocational training school said the Australian Department of Education and Training had declined its A$6 million funding payment for 2016.
While it said it would appeal that decision, it had revised down its underlying profit forecast to $3.2 m for the year ending in December, from the earlier forecast of $9.5 m.
The company's Australian business has been under threat as authorities there continue to review the performance of a couple of its training schools.
An audit review released in September found Online Courses Australia and Conwal & Associates had failed to meet standards, primarily relating to admissions procedures, assessment practices and learner support resources.
