Police believe a man who removed his electronic bracelet and disappeared is still in the Southland area.
Michael George Mulligan was on bail for domestic violence-related and driving charges.
Police on Friday issued an appeal for information and said the 30-year-old should not be approached.
He is believed to be the 19th person still evading the authorities after removing their monitoring devices.
Corrections Department national commissioner Jeremy Lightfoot said the breaches had been referred to the police and offenders faced court charges as a result and possible imprisonment.
Mr Lightfoot said the management of electronic monitoring of high risk prisoners was forming part of the government inquiry into the handling of the Tony Robertson case.
Robertson raped and murdered North Shore mother Blessie Gotingco last year. He was wearing a GPS monitor.
