Defending champions the Central Pulse have finalised their squad for 2021 ANZ premiership netball season, confirming the re-signing of shooters Aliyah Dunn and Silver Fern Ameliaranne Ekenasio.

It'll be the fourth campaign the pair have combined for they'll be joined by the experienced Te Amo Amaru-Tibble in the shooting circle.

Amaru-Tibble, 31, can play either goal-shoot or goal attack and last played for the Pulse in 2017 and previously played for the team in 2008-11 during the former trans-Tasman league.

"In reviewing this season, we had fantastic shooting accuracy so we are absolutely delighted to welcome our two frontline shooters back. Our work ons for 2021 will be to be more accurate in our ball placement and to generally improve the service to our shooters'' said the franchise's high performance director Waimarama Taumanu.

"Te Amo, who has been playing club netball and basketball, is one of the most accurate shooters in the country. A very wily and smart player, she's certainly got the experience to back up the two shooters that we have, in both positions and that's really important for us.''

2021 Pulse squad:

Te Amo Amaru-Tibble, Aliyah Dunn, Ameliaranne Ekenasio, Maddy Gordon, Kelly Jury, Claire Kersten, Paris Lokotui, Parris Mason, Katrina Rore, Whitney Souness.
