NATO tankers blown up in Khyber

Four oil tankers and container trucks carrying fuel and other supplies for NATO troops in Afghanistan have been blown up in Pakistan.

The incident took place in the Khyber tribal region near the Afghan border.

A bomb exploded beneath an oil tanker while it was on the move in a market. The other vehicles were engulfed.

Khyber is on the main NATO supply route through Pakistan into Afghanistan.
