New coronavirus cases in Europe are soaring - France, Germany, the UK, Russia, Belgium and Italy are all experiencing record highs since the pandemic began.
And new measures are coming into force. In France, a second lockdown is coming that includes a curfew for almost 50 million people.
Germany too will shut down from next month.
