Israel-Gaza: Urgent need for supplies, but borders closed

The United Nations and aid agencies are still waiting for a desperately-needed humanitarian corridor to be opened in Gaza, as Israel air strikes continue following the deadly attacks by Hamas.  

The Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Gaza remains closed, with Egypt saying it's been made inoperable by Israeli air strikes.
