Four people have been injured after a car ploughed into a Christchurch retirement village.
Police were called to George Manning Lifecare and Village at about 6.20pm on Sunday, where a car had crashed into a building.
One person who was inside the retirement village has sustained moderate injuries.
St John Ambulance has reported it treated two people at the scene and transported two others to Christchurch Hospital.
The retirement village is in the suburb of Spreydon.
