One person has died after a crash in Bay of Plenty last night.
Police said the single vehicle crash happened on State Highway 35 about 10.35pm, about 6km north of Waihau Bay.
Two people died in separate crashes yesterday morning, in the Lower Hutt suburb of Taitā and in Waikato just off State Highway 39.
Seven people died on the roads last year during the Labour Weekend holiday.
