A member of a hunting party has been found dead in Kaweka Forest Park, in Hawke's Bay.

Police say rescuers tried to recover the body last night, but could not due to bad weather.
The body was recovered this morning.
The death is not thought to be suspicious and it has been referred to the Coroner.
