Mining proposal causes concern and division in Bougainville

The huge copper mine in Papua New Guinea's Bougainville, the Panguna Mine, still casts a huge shadow over the province, 25 years after being shut down. The mine was at the centre of the violence that became a ten year long civil war, but for some its re-opening is seen as the solution to the province's economic woes.
