Police say a woman who was missing from Rangataua near Ohakune since Sunday has been found safe and well.

Kelly Righton, 36, was found by members of the public who recognised her from a police Facebook post.
Prior to that police had made extensive inquiries to locate her with a ground and an aerial search carried out.
Police said the help of the community was invaluable in finding Righton.
