Holly Edmondston has been the final New Zealand athlete in action at the Tokyo Olympics.
The South Canterbury track cyclist has finished 10th in the women's omnium at the Olympic velodrome in Izu.
Edmondston came home ninth in a crash-marred scratch race, 14th in the tempo race and 10th in the elimination race.
She then picked up seven sprint points in the final points race to rise two places overall.
American Jennifer Valente won gold, with Japan's Yumi Kajihara claiming silver ahead of Kirsten Wild of the Netherlands.
Callum Saunders earlier bowed out in the quarterfinals of the men's keirin.
Saunders finished fifth in his quarterfinal heat, with the top four advancing to the semifinals.
Defending champion Jason Kenny of Great Britain won gold in the men's keirin, with Malaysia's Mohd Azizulhasni Awang claiming silver ahead of Harrie Lavreysen of the Netherlands.
