A woman has been charged with murder after the body of a man was found at a Dunedin home.
The woman, aged 60, appeared in court on Friday and was granted interim name suppression.
Police were called to the Tainui address at around 5.20pm on Thursday.
They say a man was found dead and the woman was taken into custody and subsequently charged.
Detective Senior Sergeant Nik Leigh said police were not seeking anyone else.
"We know that this tragic event has shaken the community and police and Victim Support will be working closely to offer support for all involved," Leigh said.
