As food prices continue their rapid climb, the Government is grappling with its own shopping list, having promised Kiwis cost-of-living relief in next week's Budget.
The food price index rose 12.5 percent in the year ended April, the biggest hike since 1987.
The Finance Minister is under pressure to ease this burden but he's running out of ways to do so.
