A team of Taiwanese medical professionals has returned from Nauru after providing two rounds of free medical services.
The Taiwan News says in the last mission, 11 professionals treated scores of patients, including Ku Scotty who is the wife of President Ludwig Scotty.
There is one hospital on the island, and only three doctors.
The Nauru Hospital referred a total of 40 patients to Australia and Fiji for treatment last year.
