Guam govt says US military's need-to-know approach warranted

Matthew Santos of the Bureau of Statistics and Plans Guam, believes missile testing on the island won't deter tourists and says landowners who may be impacted during testing, can afford to be inconvenienced because they own private beaches. 

RNZ Pacific's Eleisha Foon spoke with Mr Santos in Guam on the heels of a public planning meeting.
