Complaints piling up at Fiji media regulator

Complaints are piling up at Fiji's Media Industry Development Authority in the fallout from the Wasea Bhasha saga.

It began with complaints on social media over allegedly racist content aired on the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation's language program.

But it quickly escalated to involve various complaints to police and MIDA from multiple parties.
