A Papua New Guinea writer says he doubts there is enough political will to create an independent anti-corruption body.
After being re-elected this month, the Peter O'Neill led government said it planned to table legislation to create an Independent Commission Against Corruption.
But the Chimbu based author Francis Nii says the government had ample opportunity to do this during the last parliament.
