A 13-year-old will appear in court this morning charged with murdering a west Auckland dairy owner, Radio New Zealand reports.
Arun Kumar died in the Henderson dairy he owned, after being attacked on Tuesday morning.
The 13-year-old is charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Another boy, aged 12, is charged with aggravated robbery.
Emergency Services were called to Kumar's dairy about 7.30am on Tuesday. Police said when they arrived Kumar appeared to have stab wounds to the neck. Ambulance staff tried to revive the 57-year-old but he died at the scene.
