A former Samoa cabinet minister, who lost his seat in parliament after being found guilty of bribery and treating, has died.
Taua Kitiona Seuala had been the Minister of Agriculture and MP for Aleipata Itupa i Luga.
Taua who was suffering from cancer died a week ago in Australia - his body was returned to Samoa at the weekend for burial.
He won his seat in parliament in the last general elections but was forced to leave after bribery and treating allegations were proved.
