The police are searching an area of the Mount Richmond Forest Park for a Nelson man missing since late yesterday.

The police said search teams, including a helicopter, began looking for Philip Young last night.
The 65-year-old was walking with others near the Devil's Creek Hut area on the Wakamarina Track yesterday afternoon.
He walked ahead of the group, and has not been seen since.
Teams were back in the area today and a helicopter is expected to be used again for the search.
