A cluster of Covid-19 in Hastings has grown to 13.
The Ministry of Health reported six new cases today.
Two of these were announced yesterday by the Hawke's Bay DHB.
All are the Delta variant, and linked to existing cases.
Medical Officer of Health Dr Rachel Eyre urged anyone with cold and flu like symptoms, no matter how mild, and even if they were vaccinated, to get tested.
"We are working hard and continuing our investigations and informing any other close contacts to isolate and be tested," she said in a statement.
Napier and Hastings residents are being encouraged to keep an eye on the Ministry of Health's locations of interest page.
Five locations of interest have been revealed in Hastings - Jetts Gym, Tu Step Fitness Classes at the Ascende Church, Sazio Pasta Bar, McDonalds and the Totara Health GP clinic.
In Napier, KFC and Ocean Spa are locations of interest.
Days and times of interest are available on the ministry's website.
"In particular anyone associated with the Tu Step Fitness Class and who was there on the dates and times notified on the locations of interest page, must follow public health advice," Eyre said.
People would also get a notification through the Covid tracer app on their phone if they had scanned into the location.
Hastings Mayor Sandra Hazlehurst has been approached for comment.
