People who think they've suffered a miscarriage of justice will soon be able to raise their complaints with a new Criminal Cases Review Commission. It will open in July and be based in Hamilton - a deliberate move to distance it from the big bureaucratic and judicial centres of Auckland and Wellington. An annoucement on the new Chief Commissioner and the location was made in the city on Friday afternoon. Our reporter, Andrew McRae was there.
