The New Zealand's Women's coxless pair compete for a medal, Emma Twigg takes on the semifinals and the Black Ferns Sevens team kick off their Olympic campaign.
Here's who to watch today:
Rowing
After winning their semifinal with a world best time, Grace Prendergrast and Kerri Gowler will have the chance to win New Zealand's second rowing medal of the Tokyo Olympics in their coxless pair final at 12.30pm.
Meanwhile, Emma Twigg will take on the Women's single sculls semifinals at 1.50pm as she looks to replicate her dominant quarterfinal display to secure her place in the finals for a third Olympics in a row.
Jordan Parry will take on the Men's single sculls semifinals at 2:50pm as he looks to make the finals in his first-ever Olympic Games.
The men's pair of Jack Lopas and Chris Harris will race in their B final at 11:30am.
Sevens
In their first day of competition at the Tokyo Olympics, the Black Ferns Sevens will take on Kenya at 2.30pm and Great Britain at 9.30pm.
This year they will surely be looking to go one further than their silver medal winning effort in Rio 2016 where they lost to Australia in the final.
Golf
After finishing in a tie for 39th at Rio 2016, Ryan Fox will kick off his second Olympic campaign at the Kasumigaseki Country Club in round 1 of the Men's Individual Stroke Play starting at 10.30am.
USA's Collin Marikawa, Ireland's Rory McIlroy and Japan's 2021 US Masters winning Hideki Mtsuyama are expected to be hot favourites for the podium.
Canoeing
Luuka Jones will compete in the Women's C-1 Canoe Slalom semifinal at 5pm after putting in a solid performance in the heats on Wednesday.
Earlier this week, Jones finished 6th in the Women's K-1 Canoe Slalom finals and she'll be looking to improve on that result.
Swimming
Eve Thomas will compete in the first heat of Women's 800m Freestyle at 10pm while Ali Galyer will take on heat four of the Women's 200m Backstroke event.
Sailing
Blair Tuke and Peter Burling are scheduled to take to the water for Races 5 and 6 in the Men's 49er Sailing event starting at 3.05pm.
Meanwhile, Sam Meech will complete Races 7 and 8 in the Men's Laser Class Sailing event starting at 3.05pm.
In the Nacra-17 event, Micah Wilkinson and Erica Dawson take on Races 4-6 also beginning at 3.05pm.
Paul Snow-Hansen and Dan Wilcox will compete in Races 3 and 4 of the 470 Class Sailing event at 6.05pm while Josh Junior will take on Races 5 and 6 of the Men's Heavy-weight Dinghy event.
Shooting
Rio 2016 silver medalist Natalie Rooney is set to compete in her second day of qualification for the Women's Trap Shooting event at the Asaka Shooting Range at 12pm.
