Three people charged with murdering a 75-year-old man in his home are due to appear in court.

Peter Rasmussen was shot in his home in Ōtāhuhu in August.
Police in Auckland arrested and charged three men aged 18, 21 and 29 in relation to the death.
They were jointly charged with murder and were expected to appear in Counties Manukau District Court on Friday.
Police said the investigation was continuing and they could not rule out the possibility of further charges being laid.
