Attempts to log onto ANZ Bank's goMoney app this afternoon left some customers in a quandry as online and app services were down for an hour.
Attempts to log onto the app produced an error message that said "ANZ goMoney unavailable".
Website Down Detector, which tracks web page outages has nearly 400 reports for ANZ since half past one this afternoon.
ANZ Bank has apologised to customers unable to log onto their internet banking.
The bank said some users are experiencing issues with goMoney and Internet Banking.
It said it was working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
