The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) will mark the Duke of Edinburgh's birthday with a 21-gun salute in Wellington at midday on Wednesday.
The salute will be fired by the 16th Field Regiment of the Royal New Zealand Artillery at Point Jerningham.
This gun salute is the last of the five pre-planned annual salutes for 2015, marking occasions related to the Royal Family.
An NZDF spokesperson said members of the public were welcome to watch the salute.
