Maori Television's head of news and production Julian Wilcox has resigned after 10 years at the broadcaster.
The move follows an announcement that the broadcaster's general manager of production, Carol Hirschfeld, is leaving to join Radio New Zealand as its new head of content.
A restructure has been under way at Maori Television and two senior jobs are to be axed.
Chief executive Paora Maxwell said his experience in journalism, his passion for Te Reo Maori and his superlative presenting skills would be missed.
Mr Maxwell said Mr Wilcox had been with Maori TV since the beginning and wishes him every success. His last day will be in December.
