One person is dead after a car crashed into a shop front in Glendene, West Auckland.
The accident happened on Te Atatu Road just before 2pm. A photograph published by 1News showed a car embedded in a Barfoot and Thompson office at the Glendene roundabout, between Kelston and Henderson.
One person was taken to hospital, but later died. 1News reported the driver was given CPR, but was not clear if they were the person who died.
The Serious Crash Unit was investigating.
