Samoa's Judiciary Commission has suspended three judges of the Lands and Titles court.
One of them is the deputy president of the court, Seveali'i Panapa Ve'e.
The others are the senior judges Lavea Siaosi Hazelman and Judge Nanai Pologa Ioane.
A statement from the Ministry of Justice said the three were suspended on Monday pending an investigation into allegations regarding a decision of the court which involved the suspended judges.
The commission, chaired by the acting chief justice, Vui Clarence Nelson will appoint a committee to conduct the investigation.
