Grievances abound as PNG election shifts into count
In addition, voting for the 22 regional seats is mostly complete.
The Commission has indicated the remainder of electorates yet to complete polling should be finished by Saturday at the end of the two week-polling period.
However parts of East and West Sepik, Madang and Morobe provinces are among those electorates yet to conclude polling.
Meanwhile, reports from the Highlands indicate polling is not finished in Enga province where a number of candidates have pressed election officials to address grievances and electoral roll problems before polling can continue.
However Electoral Commissioner, Patilias Gamato said Enga was expected to start counting tomorrow.
In another Highlands province, Hela, counting has been disrupted because of petitions.
Mr Gamato said additional security personnel had been deployed to those areas.
