A third person has been charged with murder following the death of Darshak Narran.
The South Auckland man was found critically injured on the side of Hampton Downs Road in Whangamarino early on the morning of 14 October.
He later died after being transported to Auckland Hospital in a critical condition.
Police earlier charged a 32-year-old man and a 42-year-old man with murder.
Now, a 23-year-old Papakura man has been charged and will appear in Manukau District Court on Wednesday.
"Police are not ruling out further arrests in relation to the assault on Darshak," a statement said.
