The FBC news reported Dr Reddy's judgement was supposed to be delivered today but Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili says it was not ready.

Dr Reddy was charged with one count of bribery and one count of undue influence by the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption.

It is alleged that he offered a steady water source to Ra High School in exchange for the school manager's vote.

It was also alleged that Dr Reddy interfered with the free exercise or performance of the manager's political rights.
