A person involved in a serious crash in Counties Manukau has died overnight.
A car hit a pedestrian on Russell Road in Manurewa, in an incident reported to the police at about 7.45pm.
One person who was taken to hospital with serious injuries died.
The Serious Crash Unit has been investigating.
