A man is in hospital after being shot at a property in South Auckland.
Police were called to Jack Conway Avenue in Manukau just after 6pm on Sunday.
On arrival, those involved in the incident were not able to be located, police said.
At 7.30pm officers found the victim, who had suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
Police said they had identified those involved and inquiries are under way.
