A man has died and police have begun a homicide investigation after he was injured in a family incident in Hamilton, earlier this week.

Area Commander Andrea McBeth said police were called to a house on Marton Road, in the suburb of Enderley on Wednesday night.
Phillip Tipa, 46, was found with seriously injuries and was taken to hospital, but yesterday died of his injuries.
Police want to hear from anyone who has information that could help the investigation.
