Police have named the second man who was killed in a crash on the Coastal Highway near Nelson earlier this week.

He was Kevin Gerard Whitburn, 69, from Christchurch.
Mr Whitburn and Nelson man Stephen Anthony Jayes were killed in Monday's crash involving a light truck, a four-wheel-drive towing a caravan, and a rental car.
Four others were injured.
On Wednesday police laid charges against an American tourist.
They said the 63-year-old man faced two charges of careless driving causing death and four charges of careless driving causing injury.
