A Papua New Guinea policeman who shot at his heavily pregnant wife has been arrested.
First Constable Evara Kivovia has been charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm, possession of a firearm while drunk, discharging a firearm and assault.
Last week, the police in the capital, Port Moresby, revealed 15 officers had been jailed in Port Moresby in the past four months, with dozens more under investigation.
